Hi!  I'm Chaobu and I'm an indie artist who really likes making cute things!  All the manufacturing, designing, and shipping is handled by me. Thank you for your support!

 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 8am EST on Thursday typically ship on the Friday after being placed.  

I get a huge volume of orders during shop updates, so if you place an order during a shop update, your order will take 1-2 weeks to ship out.  

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you're in the US, orders will typically arrive within two weeks, but due to current USPS delays it may take a month for your order to arrive. For orders to Canada, your package may take up to a month to arrive.  

What service are orders shipped with?

Orders are shipped with USPS.  

Do orders come with tracking?

Orders come with tracking unless your order only contains stickers and prints, in which case your order will be shipped as an untracked letter.   

Where do you ship from?

I'm based in Massachusetts, USA!   

Where do you ship to?

Currently I'm shipping to the US and Canada!  

I am not in the US/Canada. Can I still place an order?

I can ship my non-fanart items internationally through my Etsy shop, so check it out! Please be aware that due to current delays in global shipping, international orders may take 1-3 months to arrive.  

If you want to buy items not found on my Etsy, please send me an email at chaobunnyarts@gmail.com to set up a custom order. In your email, I need (1) a list of the items you want to buy and (2) confirmation that you're okay paying $15-$20 for international shipping and waiting 1-3 months.   

Is it possible for you to mark down the value of my order on customs declaration?

Unfortunately, I cannot mark down the value of parcels that I send out because that would be mail fraud.  

Can I return my order?

I unfortunately cannot accept returns unless it was a mistake in the order on my end (such as sending the wrong item or the wrong quantity). If you have any troubles with your order, please contact me at chaobunnyarts@gmail.com!  

I put the wrong address on my order! Can I change it?

If your order has not been shipped out, I can correct the address on your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, I cannot change it and I cannot be held responsible if the order is sent to the wrong address or lost in transit due to a wrong address on the buyer's part. If the order is returned to me by USPS, it can be re-shipped for an additional fee.
