Please avoid messaging me on social media for order questions.  I don't check my social media inboxes.  Ever.


When will my order ship?

Orders ship out once a week!  I can't give you a specific day of the week, but they go out once a week.

Where does my order ship from?

I handle orders containing only stickers, and these orders ship out from Maryland, USA.

All other orders are handled by White Squirrel, and they ship from Washington, USA.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you're in the US, orders will typically arrive within 1-2 weeks after being shipped.

For orders outside of the US, your order may take between 2 weeks and 2 months.

What service are orders shipped with?

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail (for orders containing non-sticker items) and letter mail (for orders containing only stickers). 

Do orders come with tracking?

Orders containing non-sticker items come with tracking.

Sticker-only orders are shipped as untracked letters.  If you want your sticker-only order to be shipped with tracking, you can either: 

A) Purchase tracking for sticker-only orders at checkout
B) Purchase $35 or more of stickers and get upgraded to tracked shipping for free (only applies to orders within the USA).  

Where do you ship to?

Currently I'm shipping worldwide!  Please be aware that if you are outside the US, you may have to pay VAT or customs fees on delivery.

For those outside of the US, my Etsy shop collects VAT at checkout (rather than on delivery), so check it out!  Please be aware that due to current delays in global shipping, international orders may take 1-3 months to arrive.  

Is it possible for you to mark down the value of my order on customs declaration?

Unfortunately, I cannot mark down the value of parcels that I send out because that would be mail fraud.  

Can I return my order?

I unfortunately cannot accept returns unless it was a mistake in the order on my end (such as sending the wrong item or the wrong quantity).

I put the wrong address on my order! Can I change it?

If your order has not been shipped out, I can correct the address on your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, I cannot change it and I cannot be held responsible if the order is sent to the wrong address or lost in transit due to a wrong address on the buyer's part.

If your order is returned to me by USPS, it can be re-shipped to an updated address for an additional fee.
